Knee and Leg warmers are great for rides starting when cool and riding into the warmth of after noon. The knee or leg warmer can be removed and stored in a jersey pocket.  Secret to keeping them from pulling down. Don’t stretch them on, they should be the same length as when there off  your leg.

 

Wind pants work great over either tights, or if commuting by bike, when worn over street cloths.

 

Hands and feet.

 

Gloves go from fingerless to lobster gloves. Depending on if your riding in the woods or on the road you my need several pairs of gloves.

   “Belgian knee warmer”. Have you ever seen a pro racer in terrible conditions with out anything covering there knees, their covered with EMBROCATION. A mix of ingredients like black pepper and capsicum. Wind and water proof.

 Vests.

 

Vests are best used as a quick way maintain temp or to raise temperature. Their easy to carry in jersey pocket and when you come to a stop, put it on to keep warm while waiting for the group. Or take it out for the cold days, and never take it off. Reflective piping help to keep it safe!

 

 

Wind and water resistant.

Shoe covers are the best way to keep your feet toasty warm in the winter.  Or purchase a larger pair of shoes to accommodate some thicker sox’s. Shoe covers give warmth and wind protection. Bring your shoe with you to get correct sizing.

Head

 One of the best ways to regulate your temperature.

 

There are three ways to keep your head warm.

There are headbands, training hats or skull caps and baklavas.
